Full Shipping Protection can be purchased by customers at the time of checkout. This coverage is provided by a Third-Party insurance company at an additional cost.

Full Shipping Protection, is an insurance policy created by Maximum Fragrance for customers ease of mind against damage during shipping, non arrival, or porch theft after delivery.

All claims are handled by Maximum Fragrance. Claims can be filled under Damage, Loss, & Theft.

For Claims under Damage, we would require a picture(s) sent to us within two days of delivery.

For Loss, please reach out to us within the two days of when your parcel is supposedly delivered.

For Theft, we may require a police report if the order value is over CAD $500. Please reach out to us with the two days of your supposedly delivered date.

Customers have option to opt out of the third party coverage at the time of checkout, if you decide to opt out please note your parcel is only covered by standard courier coverage with a maximum of $100 coverage regardless of the order total and only in the event of a non delivery.

Please note  damage is not covered by the courier insurance as they are declared “Fragile/Glass/Liquid/ Products”. Since this is covered by courier and can take up to 90 days to be resolved by the courier.

Free Shipping when offered will only have a maximum coverage of $100, but extra coverage can be added to every order for an additional charge based on the order total.
