I would definitely consider this a fruity floral gourmand. Upon the opening your hit with a heavy citrus scent from the bergamot but that quickly drys down. I find this quite bright and fruity and less nutty or fluffy. Everyone's nose is different. I have three pistachio scents in my collection. This one is more in the middle. When I think of pistachio I think of Jello pistachio pudding and I don't get that from this fragrance. It's still a very nice wearable scent and would be great this summer and will comfortably take you in to the cool days of fall.
